Billing Issue - Stripe Card Fees - Resolved
Since February 2026, an issue with our billing system that has meant that the Stripe Card Fees have not been applied to our customer invoices.
This issue has now been resolved. Effective today 28/5/2026, the Stripe Card Fee will again apply to all invoices paid by credit / debit card, over NZD$100.

Billing Issue
Due to an issue with our billing system - the Stripe Card Fee is not currently being applied to invoices.
Stripe Card Fees will not be retroactively charged - they will be waived until the invoicing issue is remedied.
