Registered customers can open support tickets one of two ways:

  1. Using the Submit Ticket page of My WP NET
  2. By sending an email to support@wpnet.nz

Please note: to open a ticket via email the message must come from an email address that is associated with a My WP NET account, otherwise the email will be ignored.


Support Hours and Target Response Times

These times are estimates based on past support performance, but these are not guaranteed response times.

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm: 4 – 6 hours
Other times (including weekends): 12 – 24 hours

At times of low support staff resources or unusually high amounts of support ticket traffic, response times may be longer.

Our Support Promise

WP NET will always try to help with whatever query you may have if time and resources permit. We will often provide help and support outside the stated scope of support. However, this is at our discretion and may receive a lower response priority.
