To upgrade or downgrade a hosting service to a different plan:

  1. Log in to My WP NET
  2. Go to the Products & Services page
  3. Click into the service you want to upgrade
  4. On the Manage Product page, click Upgrade/Downgrade in the Actions sidebar menu
  5. Select your new hosting plan and payment period, then click Choose Product
  6. Follow the instructions to complete the upgrade, checkout and payment

Please note that not all services can be upgraded or downgraded.
