Cancellation of a service must be completed online, using My WP NET. Cancellation requests received via email can not be actioned.

To cancel a service:

  1. Log in to My WP NET
  2. Go to Products & Services
  3. Click into the row for the service you wish to cancel
  4. Click Request Cancellation
  5. Complete the cancellation reason
  6. Select a Cancellation Type
  7. Click Request Cancellation

You will receive email confirmation of your cancellation request and updates as the cancellation is processed.
