We accept payment for our services by the following methods:

Credit / Debit Card (Stripe)

Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe, a fully PCI-compliant, secure payment gateway.

Stripe is a secure, remote service for storing and processing credit card payments from our customers. When you pay an invoice using 'Credit / Debit Card' payment, you will have the option of storing your card details for future billing.

Once you have saved a credit card to your account, future invoices will be captured from the card on the invoice due date. Card details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on WP NET's servers.

You can view and update your credit card details at any time on the Payment Methods page.

Complete credit card details are not stored by WP NET — a secure "tokenised" system is used and all details are encrypted and securely transmitted to Stripe for processing. Only the last four digits and the expiry date are stored in WP NET's systems.

The WP NET website and all communications with Stripe's servers is encrypted using SSL / TLS technology.

Direct Debit (GoCardless)

You can set up a direct debit authority so payment can be taken directly from your NZ bank account. Direct Debit processing is provided by GoCardless.

You cannot set up a Direct Debit authority in advance. You can only do this at Checkout, or when paying an invoice.

Once you have set up a Direct Debit authority (GoCardless calls this a "payment mandate"), future invoices will be paid directly from your account on (or soon after) the invoice due date.

The WP NET website and all communications with GoCardless' servers is encrypted using SSL / TLS technology.

Note: There is no payment processing fee applied for payments made via GoCardless.
